ASSOCIATED INSURANCE EXPERTS (AIE), established in 1990, is a group of individuals qualified and experienced to provide written and oral advice and evidence in the resolution of disputes in all areas of insurance and reinsurance. Members have practical experience in court and/or arbitration proceedings and/or mediation, and are experienced in providing full CPR compliant reports to the court and letters of advice before litigation is begun.

We have a network of over forty experts in specialist fields - experts who have acted in many high profile disputes in the insurance and reinsurance industry acting for claimants and defendants or as single joint experts worldwide.

Members offer their services in their own names and for themselves alone - practising as individuals, each is responsible to his/her client. Terms of appointment and fee scales are available on request from the individual experts.
